Refund & Return Policies
As flowers are highly perishable items. there will be no returns acceptable. Returns will only be made if the product arrives in very poor shape or form (more than 50% of flowers are wilted or dead).
If a cancellation request is received by us at least 72 hours before the delivery is due, the payment will be refunded in full.
These orders cannot be refunded, for what should be obvious reasons given the perishable and customised nature of florist's products:
- Cancellations received by us less than 72 hours before the delivery is due
- Change of recipient’s address received by us less than 72 hours before the delivery is due
- Incorrect or inaccurate entry of recipient’s address
- The order, or any part of it, is customised
