This website is operated by New Dream Florist Enterprise. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to New Dream Florist Enterprise. New Dream Florist Enterprise offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. 


Order Policy

  1. When completing the order you shall be required to provide us with your complete personal details, the recipient details and all necessary payment details.
  2. Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full recipient details and your contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the order that any delivery problems are encountered.
  3. As soon as we receive your submitted order we will send an e-mail confirming your order details and advising you that your order is being processed.


Refund & Return Policies

As flowers are highly perishable items. there will be no returns acceptable. Returns will only be made if the product arrives in very poor shape or form (more than 50% of flowers are wilted or dead).

If a cancellation request is received by us at least 72 hours before the delivery is due, the payment will be refunded in full.

These orders cannot be refunded, for what should be obvious reasons given the perishable and customised nature of florist's products:

  1. Cancellations received by us less than 72 hours before the delivery is due
  2. Change of recipient’s address received by us less than 72 hours before the delivery is due
  3. Incorrect or inaccurate entry of recipient’s address
  4. The order, or any part of it, is customised


Delivery Policy

Ordering During Holidays

Our store and delivery hours may vary for major holidays. To help ensure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least one day prior to the following holidays:

* Valentine’s Day

* Chinese New Year

* Mother’s Day

Same Day Delivery: If you order before 4:00 pm in the recipient’s time zone, we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Sunday For orders going outside of our local delivery area, we may require the order to be placed by 4:00 pm for same-day delivery. 

Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within four hours on orders. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery Times: Normal delivery times are 10am-7pm daily for orders going to a business, 6pm for orders to a residence, hotel, or hospital, and 2pm for orders going to a high school. During major holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day we operate extended hours and delivery times are 8am-10pm.

If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbour, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery.

Incorrect Addresses: If the recipient’s address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a RM 30 address correction fee. New Dream Florist is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

Canceling an Order: Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call 011-11745687.

Recipient May be Contacted: In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.

Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. New Dream Florist cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.


Substitution Policy

Fresh Flowers: A New Dream  Florist we are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain

 the “look and feel” of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and colour combinations. In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over colour. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, they will substitute another colour of daisies, not another yellow flower.


Payment

Only valid credit cards or other payment methods accepted by us may be used. To provide optimal security, all our payments are securely processed by Payex. We never store or access your credit or debit card details. By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated card or method and authorize us to charge your order (including shipping, handling fees and any other amounts described on the Site) to that card or other method. If the card (or other method) cannot be verified, is invalid or unacceptable, your order may be automatically suspended or cancelled.


Substitution Policy

Flowers: At New Dream Florist we are committed to delivering your important sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Due to the nature, seasonality and regional availability of flowers, sometimes substitutions of equal or greater value are necessary. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style and color combination. In single variety arrangements, variety will take precedence over color. For example, if the order is for yellow daisies, they will substitute daisies of another color, not another yellow flower. White and cream roses can be substituted for each other, as can peach and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids, and vice versa.

Substitutions for Special Occasions: Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions (such as funerals, birthdays and anniversaries) on a specific day, if the flowers you have requested are not available and we are unable to contact you at the phone number or email address you have provided us, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery.


Purchases on this Site

You agree that all transactions you conduct with or through this Site may be conducted electronically from beginning to end, at our option. If we decide to conduct transactions non-electronically, those transactions will still be subject to the remainder of these Terms unless you agree to other terms we provide. It is your responsibility to print or make an electronic copy of these Terms and any other contracts or disclosures we are required to provide to you.

We strive to be as accurate as possible and to eliminate errors on this Site; however, we do not guarantee that any product, service, description, photograph, pricing or other information is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
